Scott McKee taught band at Springfield High school from 1996 - 2002 teaching the jazz, pep, marching and symphonic bands with co-director Dana Demant. In 2002, Mr. McKee left Springfield High School to organize and run the Western International Band Clinic, American Band College and Bandworld Magazine, from his office in the Rogue Valley. In January of 2003, Mr. McKee formed the high honor band group called the Siskiyou Symphonic Band that rehearsed and performed concerts in the Rogue Valley. This group met from January - March of each year and performed three seasons until Mr. McKee returned to the Willamette Valley in 2006.
